Gentlepeople, For anyone who already use's DJIntelligence how much does it cost? And how effective do you find it? In other words, has it made any improvment to the way you work, and is it cost effective. Thanks. Stewart.

I looked at DJ Intelligence and DJ Eventplanner and preferred DJ Event Planner. It has made admin a hell of a lot easier. When clients do an online enquiry, the information is used to set up the client record. You can fire off a quote email with a couple of clicks as well as contracts, booking forms etc. It also has a client area where they can log in and use the event planner. Its free to try for 30 days http://www.djeventplanner.com/ and costs $99 a year to use but more than pays for itself.

Use your own DJ intelligence and sort your disco out using the utilities in free tools such as Open Office and MySQL. Leaves your $99 to spend on far more fruitful things. Daz Jedda

LOL Matty! Seriously though, Stewart, download Open Office at Openoffice.org and just have play around with it. It's free so you've nothing to lose. It's been the back bone of my business for about 6 years now. If you've already got a good grip on how to use MSOffice apps, then you're away. Cheers Daz Jedda

Thanks Daz, really do appreciate this advice I never thought of that, so that's really helpful. I have few days off soon so I will have a play about with it then, sounds good as it's free. I will be updating my website at some point in the near future so I will probably incorporate it then as long as one can get along with it. Ta, once again! Hope things are going well for you.
